This Peloton bike changed my life in 2022 when I did my first weight loss journey being postpartum with baby #3. I had finally had enough of being very overweight & wanted/needed a change. I was sick of feeling tired, weak, insecure & unhappy with my body. I was ready for a change & knew that the peloton bike would help me & it did. I lost 40lbs in 2022. I then got pregnant with baby #4 in May 2023 & continued to ride the bike throughout my pregnancy.
After giving birth in January 2024 to baby #4, I was so ready & determined to get back to riding the bike daily & starting this second weight loss journey.
Since starting it I have lost over 20lbs & feeling healthier & better & stronger than ever! Everyday I am getting closer to my ultimate goal weight. 💪🏼
Weight Loss Transformation 2024 💪🏼 (2nd weight loss journey) in 2022 I embarked on my first weight loss journey being 2 months postpartum with baby #3 & being very overweight, unhealthy & unhappy with my body. This time I had baby #4 in January & I was determined more than ever to get back to it & lose the weight again.
